Pre-Proposal bidders’ conference:

A pre-proposal online bidders’ conference will be held on July 23, 2024, at 05:00 PM, Kyiv, Ukraine Time, to be held online in Teams. Please send to ProcurementERA@dai.com e-mails and the company name of online conference participants by July 22, 2024, 5:00 PM, Kyiv, Ukraine Time.

Information of interest to all prospective Bidders will be presented. During the meeting, prospective Bidders can query technical questions related to the project. All interested potential suppliers are invited to participate in order to prepare acceptable proposals.

Site Visit by Bidders:

Lot 1 – A voluntary Site Visit for Bidders is scheduled for August 6, 2024, at the international checkpoint for automobile traffic Rossoshany – Brichen at the address: Ukraine, Chernivtsi region, Kelmenets district, Rososhany village, 191 Tsentralna str.

Lot 2 – A voluntary Site Visit for Bidders is scheduled for August 6, 2024, at the international checkpoint for automobile traffic Mamalyha-Kryva at the address Chernivtsi region, Mamalyha village, Shkilny lane,

Lot 3 – A voluntary Site Visit for Bidders is scheduled for August 5, 2024 at the international checkpoint for automobile traffic Rava Ruska – Hrebenne at the address: Ukraine,28 Hrebinskoho str., Rata, Lviv region, Zhovkva district, 80316 BCP “Rava Ruska – Hrebenne”

Lot 4 – A voluntary Site Visit for Bidders is scheduled for August 12, 2024, at the international checkpoint for automobile traffic Starokozache-Tudora at the address Odesa region, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Starokozache, on the P-72 highway, Starokozache-Tudora

There is a two-person limit per organization.

To visit the site, the Bidder shall provide a list of its representatives with the position and names, address, tel. number. Name of the company and a copy of their passports no later than July 25, 2024. 04:00 pm.

Deadline for Receipt of Questions:

August 15, 2024, 06:00 pm, Kyiv, Ukraine Time to the email address ProcurementERA@dai.com.

All questions will be collected and replies to them will be sent via email to tender participants.
