Request for Proposal | Design and construction of a high energy X-ray train scanning system

DAI Global invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the design and construction of a high energy X-ray train scanning system: Lot 1 – Vadul-Siret Railway Station (Chernivtsi Oblast); Lot 2 – Chop Railway Station (Zakarpattia Oblast) under Request for Proposal (RFP) No. REQ-KYV-24-0177for the USAID Economic Resilience Activity (ERA).

RFP Release Date:	May 27, 2024
Pre-Proposal bidders’ conference:	An online pre-proposal bidders’ conference will be held on June 5, 2024, at 4:00 pm, Kyiv, Ukraine Time), to be held online in Teams. Please send to ProcurementERA@dai.com e-mails and company name of online conference participants by June 4, 2024 by 4:00 pm, Kyiv, Ukraine Time.

Site Visit by Bidders:

Lot 2 – A Site Visit by Bidders is scheduled for June 18, 2024, at the rail BCP Chop at the address: Pryvokzalna St, 2, Chop, Zakarpattia Oblast, Ukraine, 89500.

Lot 1 – A Site Visit by Bidders is scheduled for June 20, 2024, at the rail BCP Vadul-Siret at the address Cherepkivtsi, Chernivtsi Oblast, Ukraine, 60444.There is a two-person limit per organization.

To visit the site, the Bidder shall provide a list of its representatives with the position and name of the company and a copy of their passports no later than June 7, 2024.

Deadline for Receipt of Questions:	June 27, 2024, 6:00 pm Kyiv, Ukraine Time to the email address ProcurementERA@dai.com. All questions will be collected, and replies will be sent via email to tender participants.
Submission of Proposals:	August 15, 2024 no later than 6:00pm Kyiv, Ukraine Time to the email address ProcurementERAInbox@dai.com.
